I used this service on the recommendation of a colleague who insisted that it had given her a good paper several years ago. If that is true, it does not reflect the abysmal level of authorship present now. I sent 5 documents and clear instructions as to my requirement. None of my requirements were included, nor any content from my attached documents. Even the title was misspelled! The grammar and sentence structure were atrocious and it would not have passed muster for a grade school paper. A gibbon with a typewriter could have produced a paper of equal quality. They did not refund my money after several demands, they would not talk to my lawyer or even provide their attorney to speak with her. This site is indeed a total scam run by unethical crooks and liars. Try any other company, or just take the F. At least you won't be out any money for it.

Edited to add: My money was refunded as a result of Paypal intervening and forcing the issue, and not as a result of any good intentions of the company. Please note the response of the company to my review. If an essay writing company cannot even compose a grammatically correct response to a complaint, what does that tell you about their ability to provide a professionally written paper?
