The book never arrived.
I ordered a book that said it should arrive in 7-14 business days. That time has past and no book. I tried to contact the customer service team only to get a message that said that would contact me within 48 hours. That time has also past, still no book. This is the first time I have Used WOB and it will be the last. No tracking info was provided and customer service has been non existent. I recently went to the site to check my order and now it says I have no orders. Luckily I still have the emails. Made several more attempts to contact WOB and still no answer, still no book, no refund and no attempt at all to make it right.
