Have been using these guys for a few years now for my company business cards. Have have 12 employees. Never had an issue with quality until my recent order. We are moving, so I had to do cards for all 12 employees and myself. Cards came in in a timely manner, but the quality was bad, the colors where not correct and the printing was light. I called and was on hold for 30+ minutes. When did talk to someone, they said I had to do the compliment online, so I did so. They sent an email asking for pictures of the old card compare to the new, so I did so. I just wanted then to reprint the whole order. They sent me another email asking me to send 5 of the old and new card of each employee. I emailed back asking them why don't they have samples of my last & previous orders, I said I don't have time to screw around with this. I never got a reply.
