For those complaining about the total lease price, stop it. All prices are up front, they don't add any prices after you've signed your lease so you knew up front what the total cost would be yet here most of y'all are complaining about what you signed up for. I have utilized Aaron's for many years. I lease to own so I always request brand new and that's exactly what I get. You do not have to accept the product if you request new and it looks used, believe it or not you are in charge of your lease. It does cost more with the lease program vs buying outright and that's not just at Aaron's, it's anywhere you lease. As for customer service, well maybe I've just been lucky or maybe, just maybe I know how to communicate without being rude. 5 products later and I'm 100% satisfied with my products and customer service.

Tip for consumers:
Go to your local Aaron’s, look at each product before you sign any lease, do NOT shop for your product online. And always remember you are in charge of your lease, it’s ok to tell them you don’t like the product and return product or switch for something different.
