I ordered slippers in November 2021. They showed as in stock and ready to ship by December 3,2021. They did not ship and on 12/10/21, I called to inquire. I was told that there were supply issues. When I stated that the company should have alerted me that the slippers may not ship in December, so I could get another Christmas gift, the agent simply hung up on me. When I called back, I found out that the agent had unilaterally and without my consent or authorization cancelled my order. The new agent placed the order again, but I went to the back of the line for the product. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold and then the call disconnected. The agent did call me back and said that a supervisor would return my call, but that never happened. This is a poorly run company and the fact that an agent went into my account, without my permission and cancelled my order is unacceptable. I would have never even known the order was cancelled. Couple that with the rude behavior of hanging up on a customer, this business must not care about their clients, only their profit. Buyer Beware.
