The photos are a few examples. Notice the amount I charge for my job and how much they autocharged me. I do not get to pick my jobs. They may not be suitable for me and I'd NEVER approve of doing a job for 10% of my cost. I am the one with the insurance, liability, overhead and they offer only a platform with no sales support and no customer service over the phone. So what are they charging for? Total scam. I've reported these charges as fraudulent on my credit card.

I have ordered from GrubHub three times now over the last two years. I order from other delivery services typically. A couple of the problems I have had consistently with them is they forget items of food, astronomical charges on your order, and not being able to make changes to your order.
In one example, My husband and I, eat a primarily vegetarian diet and sometimes fish. I ordered from a new restaurant once and we really wanted nachos but all of their nachos had meat I didn't have an option on the GrubHub menu to say no meat. I thought well I'll place the order and call the restaurant immediately and tell them no meat. So I called the restaurant and they told me I had to call GrubHub. I called GrubHub within only 3 minutes of placing the order and they proceeded to tell me it was too late to change my order because the restaurant had already started making it. This could not be true because it only been 3 minutes after I placed the order. I proceeded to cancel the order and they refused to let me so my husband and I got food that we had to literally throw right into the trash can.
Another time I ordered from GrubHub, which is from a restaurant I have ordered from numerous times in the past, the menu was different from the restaurants menu. I still ordered thinking that it's close enough and it should be the same food I usually get but it didn't turn out to be that. In that same order they forgot two sides of rice. I wrote a review on Yelp and the business owner replied and pulled my order and proceeded to tell me that they charged me $10 more than what their menu items we're price on their own menu and that my bill was actually $58 and not the 68 GrubHub charged not including the service fees, tips, and delivery fee The GrubHub charged totaling $20. In essence, they charged me $30 to use their delivery service. The manager also said in the email that GrubHub also charges the restaurants fees to use their service. In that order they also forgot two sides of rice and the restaurant confirmed that they 100% gave us those sides of rice and that the delivery driver likely didn't provide them to me. This place is a scam it's ridiculous paying $30 extra on top of meals but most importantly increasing the price on menu items and hiding that from the consumer and the restaurant. Baby guess what
