I bought a coat for my Great Pyrenees due to hair loss from having puppies and a hormone imbalance. I ordered one that stated Great Pyrenees in the description and the measurements were close to her measurements. I tried it on her when it arrived and it was WAY to big for her. The velcro strap went way past the other half to fasten it to. I contacted the company to do an exchange and they said they do not exchange or take any returns. So once you buy something from them, you are stuck with it no matter what. When you spend over $80 for a dog coat, you expect it to fit or be able to exchange it! Leason learned! I will never buy from this company again!

I set up an appointment to install internet service. The tec never showed up. I called them and was told that he did show up and set everything up, gave me a modem and everything was done. Well I live on 30 acres and my driveway is 200 feet long with an alarm on it. I also have 2 guardian dogs that will bark at any sound. They NEVER showed up. When I called and told them this, I was called a lier more than once. They even ran a test on the modem that they said was left here. They never gave me an answer about where this modem was. For 2 days I was on the phone with them (them telling me the install was compleat) fighting over this. They set me up another appointment wich I cancelled. When I called to cancel that appointment, I was on the phone for another hour arguing with another person. I finally told them what they can do with there service and hung up. Well a month later I got a bill for $141 for services I never got. Same thing, arguing on the phone. So I hung up and ripped up the bill. They sent another bill and I ripped it up.! 0 months later they sent me to collections. Another 30 minutes wasted on the phone with them to explain what happened. It was finally dropped.

This company is in the botton 1% of internet company's. I bought a supplement that is sapossed to lower your blood pressure. I made sure it was not on an auto ship agreement. I get an email saying they are going to ship my next bottle soon. I immediately sent them a reply DO NOT SEND, DO NOT CHARGE MY ACCOUNT!. The next day they charger my account saying they already shipped it and I could get a refund in 3 weeks. I explained to them that this was all the money my husband (elderly) and myself had to buy food this week and all they could say was send it back and get a refund in 21 days. For 1 I dodn't sign up for auto ship, 2 When I was told they were going to ship it, I told them NOT to ship it and this was before they charged my account. 3 It takes them 3 weeks to send your money back that you told them not to take. This company does NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR ME! And their products don't help either. Stay away from this company!

I ordered an avocado tree and a coffee plant and they came not looking very well. I took pics and sent them an email, they got right back to me and said it's from the shipping and give them a few days to perk back up. Will update this soon

With Amazon Prime, you get free shipping and that saves a lot of money for me. I had sent back an item that was bought by mistake and Amazon refunded the amount before they even got the item back. I love the experiences I have had with them. They are a great company to do business with.

I was on eBay and ordered a toy for my grandson. When I hit order, I noticed the address was wrong so right away I sent them a message to cancel the order so I could buy it again with the right shipping address. They said they can't cancel the order. I next sent a message to them to please change the shipping address (this was -5minutes after I placed the order) they said they can not change the shipping address. WTH!

I ordered a product and they told me it would be 6-21 days for shipment to get here. A month later it was still not here and I no longer needed it. I got ahold of them after emailing them 2 times before they got back to me. I was told to let them know when I got the package, so I did. The box was smashed up (I know shipping problem) I took pics of the box and emailed it to them. It took them another 10 days to get back to me. I have told them I wanted a refund for 2 months now and still nothing. The package was sent back a month ago. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN. Now I'm going to have to go to my bank a dispute the charge. What a pain.
