Absolutely terrible service. An hour to get through to their customer service only to be told I would get a call back each time. 3rd time was on hold for 40 minutes and the guy hung up on me. Bought a sofa on the basis it germts delivered for Christmas. I've had no update and can't speak to them. Their service is terrible and now on a mission to cancel my sofa all together.
