I have been a credit card holder of Priceline credit card for more than 10 years this is a Barclays company. I purchased items from an online clothing company. When the items arrived they looked nothing like the pictures. When I tried to return them the company was trying to refund me 50% less than what I paid for no reason. I disputed the charge on my credit card. Barclays opened the case credited my account then afterwords charged me back again closed the case with zero explanation for why they wouldn't support my dispute. I later found out from the merchant, who is more willing to work with me then Barclays wise, That Barclays never actually contacted them. I have been trying to dispute the charge since April. Every time I call Barclays I get the runaround. They never have any supervisors to speak to. I've called every single day for six business days and every day I am told that I'll get a callback from a supervisor within 12 to 24 hours. I even messaged them online and got the same response. I have heard back from anyone. A week & 1/2 ago I was told that the dispute was reopened. I called yesterday to follow up to speak with a supervisor and was told that the dispute was never reopened and that they can't re-open it. I have recorded every phone call because they are recording their calls as well and I have been lied to repeatedly by this company. There is nowhere to contact except for the single phone number that is on the credit card. Every phone number out there for this organization goes to the same automated attendant. They have no escalation process they have no supervisor you can talk to. They do not stand behind their advertisements of protecting their customers. It has been the worst customer experience I have ever experienced.
