I ordered an item from them weeks ago that was supposed to be delivered 8 days ago. The tracking number tells me that only the label has been created and the item has not actually been shipped. There is ZERO communication from the site to clarify the situation, and anytime I try to go through the chat feature on the website, it tells me that it is currently unavailable but their associates will be back shortly. Never, ever have talked to anyone live. Horrible customer service.
