I've had several issues receiving orders on time. I've paid for expedited production times (when applicable). I've had to call several times to remind them that I paid for expedited production times only to be told they don't honor them, EVEN THOUGH they charged me for expedited production, which is different than expedited shipping.
On 12/1/22 I ordered 100,5"x7" postcards, double sided, with rounded corners. I received them on time, but they didn't have rounded corners (which I was charged extra for) and they didn't trim the bleed off. Therefore, the cards didn't fit in the corresponding A7 envelope.
They initially offered to refund ONLY the cost of the rounded corners, ignoring the fact that the card size was still incorrect. I also provided pictures as proof. They then offered a full refund if I paid to ship them back. So I'm out more money to get some of my money back.
They don't call back when they say they will. Supervisors are "finishing up on a call" and will call back when the next one is available. It's been over a week and I have to different issues waiting to be dealt with by a supervisor.
