We joined the bark box club for our puppy. The treats sent were not suitable for puppies & when I contacted the Co, I was told I had a 12 mth subscription. She assured me the treats were for puppies, yet the package said different. Choking & digestive issues are not something I want to pay for. They overcharged me (confirmed on other sites) for the free inflatable water hydrant, just to cancel my subscription. Lousy customer service & do not recommend!
Products used:
The dog toys & 1 bag of the training treats. The other 2 bags clearly state “not for dogs under 6 mths”. They sent them anyway..
