A huge selection of music, but Amazon equates downloads with multiple computers. You have to deauthorize computers that are essentially the same 1-2 computers you always use. Their call center is obviously in India, and they even give their employees western first names, but it is tough to get someone who is truly fluent in English.

If something goes wrong with your order, it is hard to find where to contact someone.

If you're a geek, and you love Star Trek, this site would seem to be ideal. However, their "fraud" department cancels memberships without reason, and the site wishes you to provide credit card information right up front for the "$1.00 trial membership." Go find a local star trek club instead and leave this site to the rubes.
