It's one of those book that you kinda must read, if you want to know about your body and how to keep it in a great shape.
We want to lose weight, we want to be slim, but we don't really know how to do that, and we let others influence our choices with their diets. I do recommend this book, because it's essential to know how YOUR body works, how food is processed, what to exercise and what to eat, to be in shape and not just slim. Being healthy, knowing your BMI and so many other things this book reveals. It's not a dieting book, or a " how to loose weight" it's a book that learns you how to have a balanced life style
