I can accept any logistics issues but I will never agree with such an unprofessional method to be on the market.
The truth is that when something is good we are not going to leave the reviews to help the business at all the time but this is something anyway correlated because we are going to use them again and again.
I have an order placed on 17th November and im still waiting for it, called eMag... no solution. At least not yet, e-mail without any reply and the fact that they are hiding the review left on the sellers side looks to me more than unprofessional, it's telling me that's something premeditated and there's no excuse for it.
I had issues in the past but I had eMag on my side... on the customer side... looks like something is going wrong there and I don't want to be part of it.
