Unreliable and careless
I placed my order and received my order confirmation number, few days later they asked for an ID from me, and asked to verify if the Amex I used was mine. I ask why and apparently, people from US sure are not trusted, they even ask Amex about it as well, my AmEx was good and the main reason to use CC is to avoided hassles and other BS, I said just cancel my order, please.
Well Amex and almost all my cards send me text to confirm any purchase outside the US and any large amounts in US. They ignore and even contacted AmEx about me, so after 2nd attempt nearly 20 days later, they refund my total purchase price.
After I had to send a screenshot of my order actually paid to them and I even had paid it on my monthly bill to AmEx.

Finally, 21 days later I got my money back, after I threatened to call Amex and write reviews, then they listen to me. And their attitude change to like, we are sorry about the inconvenient and the typical blah, blah, blah.
Terrible customer service and after all this bulls**t they didn't give a damme about my waisted time and effort and they had FREE Loan to use for their business, not even and attempt, and Not gift card, coupon, discount or something to show they concerned with their unprofessionalism handling my order, ZERO attenps to make things right with me, terrible company, by the way I was ordering VITAMAN And CELLMAN products easy found elsewhere!

I've been using this brand for over 15-20 years, and I've bought it from the online store, couple times wrong order arrived, but then one was ripped and asked for help and It was my worst online shopping experience! Customer service is terrible, inefficient and they don't solve anything. They sent me a product with a manufacturing defect, zero quality control and the warehouse. Stay away from this online store! If you need customer service, it's practically non-existent. Terrible in every way! Local store it's a little bit better, but the y won't help me with the crap I bought online.

I've worn diesel jeans for the last 15+ years but have noticed the quality and longevity of the jeans has drastically reduced in the last few years GOING DOWN BAD
