Gotocom*logmein auto renewed my account without my authorization, charged my credit card and refuses to refund the charge even though the account is no longer used and wasn't for the last 8 months of the prior term. Customer service rep Mauricio stated the policy was NO REFUND for any reason. This is criminal.

Tip for consumers:
removed your credit card from the system to avoid auto charge at renewal if you intent to cancel the service
