Once more I've encountered ridiculous delay in shipping and absolutely no communication response to any of their published email addresses.
I had previously been a fan and strong supporter of Hasslefree, despite having previously needed to cancel an order and request refund through Paypal after no delivery and no communication.
I thought the problems were resolved and ordered again but, after two months and with no response to any email sent to any of their three published email addresses (and the 'Contact Us' form on the website), I have once more had to request a refund and cancellation through Paypal.
I've seen all the usual excuses in the past (illness, busy/backlog, plague of locusts, dog ate the homework) but a reputable company that wants to continue in business should sort out communication at the least. Businesses do not survive if they cannot sell goods and do not communicate with their customers, not matter how nice those toys are.
So, no more orders from me and I shall be removing the advert/link that I put up on my website over ten years ago. This last incident was the final straw for me - goodbye Hasslefree.
