Sent in a BCM and was notified by email that a component was changed but never saw any test results. Installed BCM back to car and no change. Contacted them by email and was told it might be a latent problem and to send it back for them to try again. BCM returned and still not working. Was told I would receive a refund but several weeks later that has yet to happen.
