Based on my experience, the customer service is awful. Site claims refunds / exchanges are not a problem. Getting someone to reply to my inquiry on the other hand went well into two weeks (except for their automated reply, which no one followed up on) Only after opening dispute with credit card company did anyone respond, and the answer was " I checked with my manager and we can get you 50% credit". This company has poor customer service and I cannot recommend anyone purchase from them.
