When a website claims that online returns are free, Softmoc lied. I contacted their customer service to complain about a pair of defective $64 slippers. Softmoc asked me to return them by mail at my expense, and they would determine whether or not they were defective once they received them. $ to purchase, $ to return them and $ to get them back. Expensive slippers! Horrible customer service.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t buy from Softmoc. Their policies on their website do not correspond with their on line customer service. Brutal!!!!!
