My wife bought herself a dress to wear to our daughter's wedding. The dress did not fit correctly and was much lower cut than it showed online. She contacted them within 3 days asking how to return. They REFUSE to provide this info. Their 'no-service' department is absolutely ridiculous! The latest email correspondence is below. My warning is to read the 'cancel order' on their website, NOT their return policy(it is a LIE!).
