My team has sent multiple requests to the customer service team and it is a joke. We send a message with no response and after two days they tell us since they haven't heard from us in two days they are going to consider our ticket closed. We are given no chance to fix our issue and it seems like every path we try to get some kind of help we are dismissed. I think canva is a great tool but the customer service aspect has been absolutely awful. I would like to continue using canva but currently, I am going to have to start looking for other options so my team can continue to do their job.
