Sadly this once grand company has Gone Downhill I sent a dozen nikon nikkor lens in to sell
They claimed they were inoperable & defective and offered me $72 instead of the original quote of $300
This is aside from the fact that they changed purchase #s on me & my lens were lost/misplaced for a couple of weeks
I could hardly get any response from them only after weeks of calling and filing a complaint with the better business did I get my lens back
I asked for my lens to be returned and took them to a local camera shop who verified they all worked properly
So when you see all these youtube photography channels promoting KEH remember they are paying them to lie about the service

avoid at all cost, sell your gear on ebay

Bought like new that was really excellent
And bought excellent rated gear that was really good in condition
Bought an af-s lens that was in excellent condition that was DOA, replacement wasnt any better
Now I bought a like new camera with low shutter count and its more like excellent condition
Who ever rates gear there never is as precise as other camera stores

check your gear over fully, make sure everything works
I received a camera that was sticky though it was never described or sold as such
if its not what you expected send it back for refund

Used prices a tad higher but equates to faster gear acquisition in hand
Sometimes it easier to pay a bit higher price for the gear you want shipped almost overnight
Love the selection, fair prices but upgraded shipping isnt such a great experience lately
I always pay a little extra for 2 day shipping, or otherwise they will pick your order and ship it at their leisure
Lately it doesnt matter if you upgrade shipping or not for faster deliveries
Ive had to call and complain to the point it feels like I am arguing to get my shipping as I paid for
This time the customer service rep told me as a 1 time courtesy we will refund your 2 day shipping since its already been several day and your items are still here
So here I sit typing this waiting 3 to 4 more days for my gear to arrive
