Conducted an order with one of their representatives. Confirmed the amount (10) name to be placed on the framed item. Received item and the representative placed "Name9" instead of the name supplied. They won't honor their mistake and insist that I have a child named "Name9"! Won't talk or return emails or calls and won't honor their promise to return money within 60 days.
Horrible if any customer service! Do not buy anything from them. They couldn't care less about their customers. Skymall sucks!
