I sold my tickets on their fan-to-fan platform. Only after the tickets were sold, I was made aware that they do not refund customers with a bank account in USA, Canada and UK. For over two months now, I have tried working something out, but they have been giving me inconsistent instructions and sending me pointless followup emails, which have not helped solve the problem to date. Their customer service blows my mind with their lack of professionalism and care. Would have given them 0 start if the option is available.
