1 - There is no real way to contact them. You can leave them a message on their site and you will NEVER get a response, I have tried about 12 times.
2 - Food mods are not an option ever?!? I like ordering pizza for example. If I order from any pizza place on this site, and if I choose a named special pizza, I have no option to add extra toppings. WTF?

We understand your situation and would like to correct the problem. Add on items are actually dependent on the restaurant's menu they sent us upon set-up.
