I've always shopped on ivrose and don't usually have an issue but this delivery took long this time.

* IVRose attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond
I ordered a dress from this site in Jan 2015 got an email from them stating they don't have the item and I have 3 choices
1. Wait till the dress comes in
2. Order something eles
3. Get refunded to my nastydress account.
I told them I will wait if it's a Definate they said yes, well it's now May 2015 after going back and forth through email they decided to refund me my money to my bank account.
I'm still waiting they are not replying to my emails anymore and now have left me no choice but to seek advice and take matters further. They will be hearing from me as I have gone through all small print and also I have a copy of thier contract which they sammydress / nastydress have breached. Anyone eles who has this problem do your research and take matters further.
I will come back with some advice for those who have been robbed by this fake clothing site.
