All our subscriptions are set on auto-renewal (unless canceled). You could have avoided this charge, had it been canceled a day before the renewal due date.
We maintain complete transparency with our users to avoid any confusion regarding the billing terms.
Since you have mentioned that you have already raised a dispute, the dispute will be handled by the team concerned.
