“Ripped me off”

I ordered from this site a few times and the last time got the wrong color. I emailed and was told send the merchandise back for an exchange. I did and when they received it they claimed they needed to refund instead. Then thry kept giving me the run-around so I asked them to return my goods to me. 14 emails later and they've sailed into the night with my $50. A lot of money for a hard working American. Maybe a blessing because I think it's counterfeit but I want my money :(
