I went to Dr. Abraham Goldstein for a total knee replacement and he gave me an intra-op infection. He kept me in the hospital an extra ten days because of it and when he discharged me the wound burst right outside his office and about a pint of fluid poured out. He sent me home without taking a fluid sample for analysis. I became more and more sick but he refused to see me because my insurance had changed to Medicare. Doctors where I live wouldn't see me because they said he should stand behind his surgery. Finally multiple nickel sized pustules began draining all over my lower leg. I was rushed to the ER in town, spent six months in the hospital and eight months on IV antibiotics, had four surgeries and ultimately had my leg amputated. I very nearly died and am now confined to a wheelchair for life. When I calmly trie to discuss it with him he hung up on me. When my leg was amputated the metal knee was heavily covered in the plaque of three different bacterial species. A different doctor did the same operation on my neighbor which also got infected and he is now on powerful opioids and antibiotics for the rest of his life. All these people care about is their fees.

I ordered a BOGO gecko set and was accidentally shipped the same order twice. They agreed to a refund and Felton was polite and professional, as I was to him. I had to write a pleasant email reminding them about my promised refund but then received it promptly. The lizards were wild caught and a little thin but very active upon arrival. They all shed their skins within 36 hours of arrival and have been doing quite well. Also, they were shipped much more quickly than I expected. Marcus was wonderful during several conversations and I was quite pleased. I am about to order something else from them, so we'll see how that goes, but meanwhile I have no complaints.
