So I purchased a wedding band from Kay.com. Everything looked good, the order went through. Then 3 days before I was supposed to pick it up they cancelled the order. Kay dishonestly said it was a payment problem. It was not and their CS admitted to the "story". Kay stated: "oh, the ring isn't available as the kay web site isn't real time sales". Meaning they sell stuff they don't have. Kay refused to do anything to make it right. They directed me to wedding bands 3x the price that were equal to what I purchased (of course not really on sale). They did nothing and didn't care that my Wedding was now just 2.5 weeks away.
Men, Kay is a joke of a store and their CS is even worse. I would recommend you buy your jewelry at any other store.
