Please, please do not use this site. Nearly a year ago I ordered 2 filters over the internet but nothing came though payment was taken. I sent emails and rang umpteen times (it is not possible to leave a message on their phone lines) and eventually managed to speak to someone who said he would sort it all out. Nothing came. I wrote a letter but no response. Eventually I contacted my credit card company who arranged for the return of my money. Then, strangely, a few days later the filters arrived! "Great!", so I thought but no. Just over a month ago I tried to fit one of the filters and... it's faulty! Same old saga again - no response to my email, despite a deadline to respond by, and I still can't leave a message on their phone lines or the phones are engaged. Being cynical - are the 5 star ratings really from customers independent from the company? Note how ratings are either 1 or 5 stars. I won't say anymore as I don't want to influence how the apparent 5 star raters work. But just to let you know I am a psychologist so can say with good authority how the mind works including under oath.
