I have purchased their Pro + license a few months ago and played with it and this is what we have found out:

- First dont expect any kind of transparency or support, this is the biggest nightmare, their business model is a quick sell and forget model.

- Second be ready to search and not find any kind of documentation on the main issues you will find, and god knows how many you will find

- Third, if they offer to help you it will be for money and money and always money

- avoid their plugs and third party modules, they are buggy and will create security issues for your site

- they call updates and new version the sum of bugs reported by their customers, they dont care about you nor have any vision whats so ever. Any kind of issue fixing will be charged to you like an enhancement.

- I ahve several clients spendig thousands of dollars for a website they can not launch because of phpfox lack of support

I posted a founded review of a product i indeed purchased and they removed right away my post for no reason but their regular blabla... dont trust trust pilot, they think they are some kind of authority but they are only a bunch of crap, Go Yelp!
