This is not a builder any one should choose

They provide low prices but when you go in studio you will notice that standards options are so limited and so many things are not included that you end up paying $50k just to get basic things install
Which I would never recommend even cause you can get a contractor to get the same thing in $15k. So please when you go to kb homes design studio don't get anything

The builders are horrible after one year has passed and they send out the survey. Once you fill that survey you are on our own. Even if everything breaks which will within 2 years they will never do Anything for you.

The warranty represents is someone who will never provide any help but come to you.

Always know if you do buy a house with them you will have to constantly reach out to the warranty representative to get thjngs fix who will make sure the fix takes atleast a year to be implemented

They even painted the exterior the WRONG COLOR. It took me a year and a half to get That change for that I had to get warranty representative and their managers involved.

At first they just say oh we no longer had that paint so we picked a color closer to it which looked horrible

Also the bulbs went out and the fan thst I paid for as an upgrade also went out.
They don't even provide you with gutters for your roof that is additional cost. Second floor AC is another additional cost

- after just 2 years
My cabinets broke - which I paid extra as an upgrade
My AC broke
Had to repaint as all the paint went bad
Fans stop working
I also recently got notice that my exterior wall cement is also cracking ( which I don't know anything about)
The customer service also needs improvement

I would ask as many question if you are still consider going through and look out for red flags. A house is a dream for many people and you don't want people / corporate who don't care about it building your next dream house

Consult with other home owners and also never be swayed by their prices upfront and by their sales people.
I don't recommend them to anyone
