They charged me $19.99 for joining and in less than 24 hours I was charged over $250 without my permission

I am sorry that you had to go through this issue. 19.99$ is a discounted membership rate for the initial month of subscription, It activates a 30-day membership plust 150 credits, however, when such credits run out, the platform would ask you to refill your balance with your preferred package.
