My son got these shoes for Christmas only wore for 2 months not even everyday. They still look brand new. I went to store to see about replacing them. They told me to contact customer service. We I talked to them about it they were very nice and accommodating said they would take care of it and get them replaced. I sent them pictures of shoes. I then receive and email stating that they cannot find that exact shoe anywhere and beings I don't have a receipt there is Nothing they can do. I emailed customer service back and said I would love to get her a receipt, but don't have one. They were purchased for $55 dollars. It has now been 2 days and no response from them. Ridiculous... Very unprofessional. I rate them zero
