This is an overseas scam. The product is nothing as advertised. There is no customer service and no email reply other than auto scripts designed to make you think someone is actually trying to help you. They hope you'll get tired of following up.
Tip for consumers:
Everything they claim is false. They are not a serious company interested in providing a product. They are a marketing company designed to lure you into a purchase you can’t cancel, return or resolve.
