I like the templates and the elements and was using them enough to justify premium. The trial period is quite generous and monthly fee is not bad. Improvements could be made to the editor as it's quite clunky and cumbersome. There's no flow and batch edits are difficult. Overall tho, I'd say it's easy and the templates are attractive.

I thought this team was just doing their job as one would expect but after dealing with a few more recruiting agencies, I have to say that the service and attention received from StudentJob really stands out. The proposals came through quickly and there was a call with the account manager. Results were good and onboarding was easy. The dashboard is also more user-friendly than most. StudentJob is now a staple for our recruiting needs.

I've had the same 1 star experience as many other businesses here where the account was suddenly blocked and nobody could provide any extra information. Agents over the phone kept promising it's with the 'internal team' and somebody will get back to me within 48 hours or within 3 business days, but that never happened. All I got was an email with a link to their FAQs. I have become too reliant on Indeed for recruiting and this has really impacted the business. We had paid campaigns and an active account for close to a year and fine-tuned our marketing efforts based on Indeed campaigns. I need an explanation at least and some chance to fix whatever the issue was, not a ban and then ghosting.

Don't rely too much on Indeed
