I received my ring with my mom's fingerprint over a year ago. Have worn it every day since I got it. I thought it was getting damaged and the print was falling out so I emailed the team. They quickly sent me a label and asked me to send it in for review. Thankfully there was no damage and just needed a good cleaning. Oops on my end. They polished it up and made it good as new. I'm so thankful for this company, its team, and the quality of their product. The care and pride they have shows in their handling of the matter. They stayed in contact throughout the whole process and made sure my concerns were addressed.

Thank you for making products that allow those of us left behind in the physical world be able to continue to carry our loved ones with us everyday.
