Imagine my surprise when I saw a $69.60 charge from Just answer for a subscription fee the day after I had contacted them looking for an attorney referral. At no time during my online interaction with them was I made aware that a subscription was involved in their service. I should have known something was fishy when their Terms of Service link failed.
The material represented that their service was "absolutely free of charge", so I assumed they were paid by the lawyer.
All together, I paid around $80 for ten minutes-worth of time for information I could have gotten free on Google.
These are bad very people, which is why they're in a class-action lawsuit.
