I went to the site and purchased a tech product that was over $100 cheaper than the next cheapest site. After making the purchase I noticed the Status was "ON HOLD" and contacted their on-site customer service via the Live Chat (Kate Wilson). I wanted to inquire about why I didn't receive a confirmation email for the order I just put in. Who ever this Kate Wilson person was on the other end was really slow with responses. At one point they asked for my email address to confirm the order and I gave it to them immediately after asking, but they acknowledged it over 3 hrs later. The first red flag for me was that they didn't send me a confirmation email of the order. The next day the status read "REFUNDED". Now I know this site is shady and very suspicious. I canceled my credit card shortly after. If you read this review before you visit the site your a smarter person than me and congrats as you just dodged a bullet. If not, that's fine too, just a little more hectic to cancel your CC and all. Don't risk not canceling your CC. This experience taught me to be more vigilant with too-good-to-be-true deals online.
