This is my second order with My Lolita Dress. They are a taobao reseller which means you order the items on their website and they purchase them from taobao and ship them to you. The first order, one of the items I wanted was out of stock in my size. My Lolita Dress emailed me within 48 hours and offered to get me a similar dress or refund me. I elected for the refund and they did so. The other two dresses and the shoes I ordered arrived on time and were perfect. I place a second order two years later (before thanksgiving). This time I only wanted one dress and one apron. I emailed My Lolita Dress a few days beforehand with a question about the item. They did not reply to the email. I elected to order the item anyways because it says "if I don't reply in 48 hours some emails get lost, please just email me again!". I paid for my items, paid for express shipping, got the confirmation email and waited for the time frame listed on the page. On the last day of the item order time frame I emailed My Lolita Dress and sent a message through their website saying "hey, just wanted an update!". They replied within 12 hours, told me they had the items and that they had noted the type of express shipping I wanted was getting stuck in hong kong (covid problems). They asked me if I would be okay using DHL Express instead of EMS because they were having better luck and I said that was fine. The items arrived on time (yesterday) and as described with all tags on them. I was very happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone.
