I booked an all inclusive resort in January for February for my girlfriend's birthday got an email confirmation and we arrived at the resort and they had no reservations for us. I was shocked and embarrassed to go thru what we went through. It took them 2.5hrs to get a replacement accommodation. Definitely not happy and they charged me more than originally paid for. Never again
