After this company received a review of a bad experience I had with a recent purchase, they took it upon themselves to reach out to me personally and attempt to make it right. Great customer service, I really appreciated it.

I've ordered trees from here before that are thriving nicely and arrived in pristine condition. However, this time I purchased 3 citronella plants, arrived broken, poor health, soaking in bags filled with soil and water. Called and they offered to replace all three, I was pleased with customer service. However, the 3 replacements arrived in the same conditions as the original order(except not soaking in water and soil). The plants again arrived damaged and in poor health with broken and brown leaves! I won't be ordering any more plants from there. I am so disappointed with the quality.
Customer service was friendly and quick to attempt in resolving my issues. The product packers are not doing a great job though.
Had ordered numerous Italian cypress trees in the past and was pleased with the service and quality of the trees. I trusted I would have received the same quality when ordering plants.
I am attempting to plant an eco-friendly landscap free of pesticides.
