Get Puzzled have appeared to sell their puzzles through other websites like Amazon and My Deal.

According to the website scamsellers.com, Amazon.com.au have posted 23 negative reviews from customers who have a complaint about Get Puzzled.

I myself, believe I have been scammed by this woman and her "business".

If you look up the company ABN online, the owner, Camilla-Jane Lyal Fowler-Lock (how many names does one person need?) seems to have a lot of businesses listed, both currently and historically. She has also used many alternate versions of her name with each business name registration, which seems suspicious to me.

Also, the phone numbers she has listed for all of her companies are not even connected, which is another worrying sign.

Her latest registered business, as of February 3,2022, is Brisbane Puzzle Shop - so I would stay away from that one as well if she has anything to do with it, with regard to her obvious concerning conduct.

People have also left comments online on Facebook, posting that they have never received their products or a refund.

This woman needs to be stopped and reported to the authorities. Something definitely doesn't add up with this woman, and if you look at the publicly listed information about her and her many businesses online, and then search them, you start to see a very common pattern emerge.

If you ever think about purchasing anything from any of her businesses, be careful, and do your research first. Knowledge is power, and we have every right to protect ourselves as consumers, especially where businesses will not.

I purchased a puzzle through My Deal, believing at the time that I was buying it directly from them. It wasn't until later, when there was a problem, that I realised the item I bought, came from a third party seller. That wouldn't normally cause a problem for me, but when the puzzle arrived to me damaged due to poor packaging, I followed My Deal's process to request a replacement or refund. That was four weeks ago, and I haven't had any resolve to my issue, and haven't received a replacement or a refund, despite numerous attempts. I then did some research into the store the puzzle was being sold by (Get Puzzled), and they appeared to have a lot of complaints from previous customers, so I let My Deal know of my concerns about them, but again, heard nothing back. This company appears to be very, very dodgy, and I would warn anyone thinking about purchasing anything through this website, to definitely think again. It's just not worth the risk. Do your research first at least, to be safe - there's so much public information about companies, businesses and websites that's all free, quick and easy to access online, so do your research first to protect yourself and your rights.

Tip for consumers:
Avoid My Deal altogether as there are plenty of other honest businesses out there who, in the event of a damaged or missing item, will respect you and your consumer rights.
