It is a complete scam. You are better off copy pasting the entire project form Wikipedia that wasting your money on this website or any of the projects there. Not even a single content matches the title. Its just pages and pages of utter nonsense. And believe me you will not find a single shred of apology from the person who runs the website. The person available on whatsapp will sweet talk you into buying the project but you wil not have nay luck in getting your money or a decent project. Staty away from this one if you can help it. Better off doing it on you own or getting some you trust and who is accountable.
Tip for consumers:
Stay away ! find some other source on the internet. Project fever is doing the same.
