Let me start with this. Customer service, NON existent. You might as well talk to the wall instead. I ordered my shoes as it was showing in stock and to be shipped the next day. However the month passed by I got a message saying that they haven't received shoes to ship and to give them couple more weeks. I got fed up and requested to cancel. They emailed saying they'll refund and cancel my order. Mind you I used PayPal for the purchase. Two months passed by I decided to give another shot and I placed an order again through PayPal. The shoes arrived after 3 weeks but I asked to be exchanged because for some reason the shoes were loose on me. They told me to request exchange online and send the old pair back. When I sent the old pair back I got an email saying my exchange was cancelled and the refund has been issued. I got the refund but I was confused. So I wrote them an email and no response. Contacted them again and still no response. By this time as I was browsing my PayPal purchases, I saw my first order refund was never there. I immediately emailed them and asked for clarification. No response. Contacted them again and still no response. I filed a dispute through PayPal and PayPal decided because they have not responded back they issued me a refund. This is HORRIBLE they should not be running this business. Avoid them at all cost. You'll regret it.
