If I could give this company a "0" stars I would. I ordered a bridesmaid dress for my sister's wedding. The pictures of the dress looked amazing, but when I received the dress the quality was very cheap and the color was completely off. I ordered champagne and the dress was cream. I emailed the company, which is in China, and they said that I could keep the dress and get a 40% refund or I could pay to ship the dress back to China with tracking and they would give me a full refund so I sent the dress back to them. Then they strung me out for over 4 months saying they had not received the dress. I kept emailing them and finally they said they would refund the money and it would be in my account in 7-10 days, that was over 2 months ago and no refund has shown up so now not only am I out the money for the dress, I am also out an additional $30 to ship the dress back to China. This is horrible company! Do not buy anything from them!

THESE GUYS ARE HORRIBLE... THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY... SEND YOU ONE LAME EMAIL SAYING IT IS IN PROCESS... THEN THAT IS IT... I HAVE EMAILED THEM ASKING WHERE MY STUFF IS... NO ANSWER... HAVE POSTED ON FACEBOOK PAGE... AGAIN NO ANSWER... DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE... THEY ARE TERRIBLE AND UNTRUSTWORTHY

I was in the market for an iPhone and wanted one fast. Looked at Kijiji and saw the ad by Orchard. I contacted them, I am an hour away from downtown Toronto but had a friend who owned a business in the vicinity of the Orchard location. Bruno Wong personally delivered the iPhone and it was in my hands that SAME DAY.

Thank you for the excellent customer service, my "gently used" iPhone 4S is in absolutely perfect working order and I got exactly what I was promised.
