My daughter received a hat/scarf set for Christmas, which she wanted to exchange for another item of the same price. I was told that I missed the window to do so by a day. I spoke with a supervisor, Rodolfo, who refused to honor the exchange and refused to do provide me the name of his supervisor. When I asked for the name and contact information of his boss, he replied - I don't know what you mean. I seriously have never had a worse customer service experience. He refused to transfer me to anyone else. The guy was completely unprofessional and sounded as if he was 14 years old. This company is really damaging the Harry Potter brand as most people would think that this site is run by Warner Bros. Pathetic!
